The 2012 Indiana County Camp Cadet program is scheduled for
August 5th - August 10th, 2012.
The application period for this years program is:
April 1st through May 31st
Applications can be picked up at the State Police barracks in Indiana, through your school guidance office, or they can be downloaded from this site through the "Applications and Requirements" page.

Camp Cadet is a summer camp for boys and girls from Pennsylvania between the ages
of twelve to fifteen. The camp is held at Camp Seph Mack in Indiana County and the
camp is staffed by Troopers and other volunteers. The goal of Camp Cadet is to
introduce participants to the diverse criminal justice system and establish an early,
positive relationship with law enforcement personnel.
Camp Cadet is open to all youth residing in Indiana County and is structured similar to training at the Pennsylvania State Police Academy. All participants who attend Camp Cadet are addressed as “Cadet” during the week. Cadets are required to participate in all scheduled events. The camp focuses on discipline, self-esteem, teamwork, and many issues facing today’s youth.
Camp Cadet is a non-profit organization. Meals, lodging and programs are provided at no cost to the applicant. Camp Cadet is funded by various fund raisers and business and community donations. As a result, children from all social and economic backgrounds have the opportunity to attend the camp at minimal cost to them or their parents.

TIME IF THEY DISPLAY REPEATED NEGATIVE BEHAVIOUR CONSIDERED TO
BE DISRUPTIVE OR CONTRARY TO THE GOALS OF CAMP CADET ***

Indiana County Camp Cadet will be hosting a Bike Run on
Sunday, June 3rd
Registration is from 9:00 - 11:00 on the day of the event, with coffee and donuts being served.
The run begins at 11:30 at the Indiana Fire Association (West Station) and will end at the same location at approximately 1:30.
Registration fee is $20.00 per bike and driver and $10.00 per bike passenger.
Fee includes T-Shirt, food and beverages.

Walk/Run on
Saturday June 23rd at 9:00 AM
All proceeds will benefit the Camp Cadet program.
