Indiana County Camp Cadet, Inc. is a non-profit organization.  All funds received are in the form of donations, contributions, fund raisers, and the sale of Camp Cadet merchandise.  This money is then put back into the program to cover the costs of the cadets food, sporting equipment, special events, etc..  Counselors, instructors, and all guest speakers volunteer their time without financial compensation.
